Emergency crews are responding to a traffic collision involving two Desert Hot Springs patrol cars this evening.

The collision was reported at about 9:15 p.m. at Cactus Drive and Pierson Boulevard, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Dispatchers are reporting only minor injuries in the collision.
