Backyard composting workshop coming to Cat City

Riverside County Waste Management will host a backyard composting workshop on Nov. 21.

The workshop starts at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral City Public Library, 33520 Date Palm Drive.

The workshop is free. Low-cost compost bins also will be available.
