Old Town La Quinta merchants Paper Paper Stationers and Homec Jewelers are currently accepting donations of canned goods and toiletry items for FIND Food Bank Inc.

The Old Town businesses have a barrel for donations in between the two storefronts. It is the only FIND Food Bank donation drop-off location in La Quinta, officials said.

Paper Paper Stationers and Homec Jewelers are at 78-075 Main St., suites 104 and 103, respectively.

Donations may be dropped off from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The canned food drive will continue at least through the holiday season, officials said.
