A fire at a home in Juniper Flats today caused several explosions and spread to three acres of brush before it was contained, fire officials said.
No injuries were reported in the fire that started at roughly 12:10 p.m. near Juniper Flats Road and Stagecoach Road, Jody Hagemann of Cal Fire said.
The fire had been contained by 1:30 p.m., according to Cal Fire.
About 70 firefighters and three air tankers were assigned to the fire.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
