One person was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries Thursday after a rollover crash in Palm Springs, an official said.
The single-vehicle crash near Palm Canyon Drive and Via Olivera was reported about 4 a.m., Palm Springs fire Battalion Chief John Allen said.
A seatbelt likely kept the injured person from being thrown from the vehicle during the rollover, he added.
Authorities did not say what caused the crash.
